Foods that treat inflammation

Inflammation is a condition when the local parts of your body start paining, swelling or reddening. It is said that if you eat good food, you will always stay healthy. 4.    A lot of people avoid eating Garlic just because it causes bad breath. But this little thing is so wondrous that it helps in treating swollen joints and inflammation. Studies have shown that garlic proves to be an effective cure for inflammation.

5.    Mix garlic with some herbs like basil, thyme and oregano to increase the benefits and cure your issue rapidly.
